Everyone at Frankie's Auto was very friendly and helpful, especially Avery. He helped us find and buy the perfect car for us. It didn't take hours like some dealerships do, in fact, it was a pleasant experience that didn't take that long at all. He went out of his way to make sure we got the car that we wanted. I had a very smooth experience. I was in a bad situation. I was able to call and explain my situation in detail. Everything possible was done to ensure my time was not wasted and that my coming to them was not a mistake. Everyone was very honest and kind. Their communication was very clear. No fast talking. No one trying to pull a fast one. They listened to what I wanted and that was what I got. I got very good, honest advise. I recommend this place to anyone. They are the real deal. No scammers among them.
I live in Virginia and was searching for a specific Explorer and found the the exact vehicle I was looking for at Frankie's. Todd and team helped me out and arranged for the vehicle to be shipped and all the financing. They were available at all times to help me out and response times were most often immediate. Honestly can't say enough good things about this place. My dad had a frustration free car buying experience. If you want a great car at a great price this is the place to go. Just an overall amazing experience with Avery who was the salesman. However Rich the general manager was there for support every step of the way.
